It may be possible to renew on a Saturday or Sunday lunch time dependant on the Secretary's availability.
If you cannot attend the renewal times you may put your old card and the required amount in an envelope (bar staff can supply one) and leave behind the bar, the new card will be processed within 4 to 5 days and can be collected from the doorman.
